Lovely day, great walks very dog friendly. Places to eat, drink and buy ice-cream, what's not to like. Activity area for children and free parking.
A really thriving restaurant with a sea view. We had a nice veggie burger and a very passable sourdough pizza. Really good coffee too.
Lovely beach, the tide comes in pretty high though. There is a lot of seaweed and trash on the beach, which is a shame. After the tide goes out, it is brilliant for small children as the sand is quite dense, so perfect for little feet and sand castles!Parking along the beach front is free, which is a rarity these days. The Minnis Bay restaurant is also worth a visit. It is quite expensive, but worth it.
