Excellent, friendly and helpful service. We called in shop 9.10 last Monday as our freezer had broken down. Ian and his assistant phoned round and found a fridge freezer to meet our needs. Delivered and installed by 15.30. Transferred our food to new freezer and Ian took it away immediately for a fee less than our local council charges.
Amazing service. Phoned late afternoon Friday for an emergency call out. They were fully, fully, booked but when told I had 6 Americans arriving on Sunday morning for a 2 week letting and a non- working fridge and freezer, they sent someone out early Saturday morning. Really pleasant, helpful engineer. Excellent value for money. My undying gratitude for rescuing me.
Absolutely appalling shop. My neighbour who is elderly had her freezer 2 days before it broke down. She rang them and they made her wait to come and see what the problem is. They took the freezer away then charged her 20 for dumping the freezer which was wrong 2 days after she bought it!! No offer of compensation for the food she lost.......awful service especially to an elderly person.
Great family run business always helpful and kind you will get a good service better than the large shops
