Really not interested in any kind of urgency you may have to get your case through. Case passed to someone else who didn't have time to deal with it. Still not resolved. Avoided our calls, could not speak to our own solicitor and were dismissive. Really do not bother going to them if you need anything quickly. They are not efficient at all and this causes delay. Very unhappy with them and will not use for our other legal requirements. They will not treat you as a valued client at all. Something you really do need when dealing with legal matters, you need to have trust in them. Despite the fact you are paying them, they act as if they are doing you the favour. Avoid completely.
