Alan and Gordon at Brooksend Service Station have always looked after my car as they have for my Dad since 1975. If ever anything needs doing I know that I can go to Alan in the knowledge that I can totally trust him to do a good job and that the bill will always be fair and he will never do anything which is unnecessary.
I recently had my car checked over and was told the things that needed fixing, was advised they would get a quote from their dealer and get back to me but in that time I was free to search for the parts myself and to come back and they would fit them. Upon gaining those parts and not hearing anything back for the past 3 weeks I rang up and was advised by the man on the phone that they did not fit other people's parts. Not very happy with this service and being told different things, will go elsewhere for my car problems.
