Ordered online. Wrong item sent twice. No communication whatsoever after several calls and emails to try and resolve. Ended up keeping an incorrect item as their mistakes were costing me in terms of tradesmen. Unfortunately would have to recommend going else where.Further to your review update, which is the only response you have made, clearly, as my experiences have now been made public. I can assure you that all my emails and phone calls were directed correctly to your company and not to whoever you are trying to palm the blame off to. I dont do bad reviews on a whim. But this one is absolutely deserved.
