Worst place ever & very rude people!!
Lovely room, very clean and nice welcoming.
Both rooms and en-suite are immaculate, comfortable beds, large wall hung smart TV and high speed free internet. Had a small fridge in our room which is a big bonus if you like to chill down you wine beer or champagne Our host is charming and charges very fair prices. Booked through a booking service site but go direct to the owners, you could very well get a better price (from the horse's mouth) This B&B accommodation is definitely on a par with any top class hotel, have paid double for much much less. Thoroughly recommend this great little establishment.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEWhen a guest house tells a pack of lies. So you book and then you complain because of the deceit. You'd sort of expect some kind of apology not the vitriolic spiteful attack I received - all unprovable lies - but compounding the owners' willingness to use lies to lure you in and then lies to try to wriggle themseves out of an issueWhat kind of company personally attacks a complainant using a fantasy of lies, that bear no relationship to the complaint itself.Please do not consider this place . However if you're happy to risk your cash you won't regret it because the rooms are lovely. And please note. They can remove bad reviews. Once again artificially creating a sense that everything's perfect at BAY LODGE.In short if you have a legitimate issue you're stuffed.And finally the TRADES DESCRIPTION body is investigating as we speak.Once this is removed. I will tell you the rest of the story about my nightmare staying somewhere who only wants your cash woe betide you have any problems
The location was perfect for us and very central, good communication with the owners; the room was very modern, clean, tidy and decorated to a high standard; very informative booklet in the room and had all the facilities you would need. Highly recommend to everyone
