We booked because the photos on the website showed amazing sea views and quirky decor. We were not disappointed. The floor-to-ceiling plate glass window in our room was a perfect viewing point. Our room was comfortable and classy, with a huge en suite. The whole house was also full of interesting furniture and objects, and the garden surrounding the house was planted with coastal plants. Breakfast was extremely generous and tasty, with a wide choice of high quality items, combining Continental and full English. Our hosts, Neil and Marilyn, were incredibly welcoming, and it felt like a priviledge to share their home. They also gave useful advice on local attractions, and where to park in Margate. We found out they had only been running the b and b for four weeks, so we wish them the best of luck for the future.
