I went through a couple of other local agents before I was able to find Richard at Lovetts. Richard and the Lovetts team have looked after a number of my investment properties for quite a few years now. When you find a good agent you stick with them. I live overseas and so I rely on Richard for all my property management advice and guidance and he goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. He has always been available to my general property concerns and has worked tirelessly to achieve the required outcomes. I've never even though about another agent for property management or sales since engaging Richard at Lovetts. I literally sleep much easier knowing he works on my behalf.
Overall excellent management of my properties, I have used Lovetts many times and will continue to do so, the staff there have a very professional approach towards me, but also make dealing with them very personable.I would like to single out Richard for his sincere and professional work ethic.
The guy who claims to be the owner need some manner you don't treat people.Because you own a business mate that can change at any time treat others how you want to be treated. The way you treat people is disgusting to those that don't know this guy Richard from or the guy waking at 30 office number
