Because of a problem with the lease I had the unfortunate experience of having to withdraw from a property I as purchasing ten weeks into the proceedings. I didn't want to break the chain on my sale so Hayley devoted an entire afternoon taking me to alternative properties and I was fortunate to immediately find a property that was even better than the one I was originally buying. There were no hold ups and together with the help of Liz Dack, my lawyer at Boys and Maughan, we caught up and completed within the original time scale. At a time of buying and selling we need both practical and emotional help and all the staff at Oakwood (and Liz) were exceptionally supportive during this stressful time.
