Had a lovely weekend stay with family.On the whole a good stay and will return. Entertainment Staff were very good.Some of the bar staff could have looked like they wanted to be there and not just earning a bit of pocket money. Caravan could have been a bit cleaner although the bedding was spotless.Also not very well equipped I.e. six of us in an eight birth van: 5 cups. 2 glasses. 9 wine glasses. 4 knives. 10 spoons. Plus an assortment of other pots and pans.
Have been to this holiday park a couple of times now and always find the staff helpful and polite, especially the complex manager Tim he's service is above and beyond and an asset to the company. The food wasn't bad either. Adam on entertainment put on a great show on the Friday night with his team and apart from a few snags with the caravan can't grumble. Would visit again. Thanks
Stayed in the touring part and it was awful.when we arrived we was meet by a member of staff that was to busy painting a cat money box than really bothered about telling us what we need to know. Toilet and shower blocks where a long way from the touring field so quite a walk. They where also very dirty not one of the toilet seat fitted properly. The showers where also very dirty and very hot which is a night mare when you have a toddler. The park was also filled with litter. One water tap for the hole site behind our tent. The swimming pool looked lovely on the website. It was also really dirty and so cold that the sea felt warmer. The water in the pool was so cloudy you could not see thought it when under the water. Changing room very dirty and small for families. I would never stay here again. Really disappointing as this was our first hoilday in a long time and had to save hard.
Beautiful experience! Our host was such a pleasant person. Her home was sparkling clean and tidy. Everything was very classy n well maintained within the home. She had thought of absolutely everything! Had a lovely time (we were on a family holiday for the weekend, group of 5 adults and one child). Nice patio and living area... 2bedrooms n 2baths. The living room sofa was one that could be converted into a queen's size bed. Such a great time, that we extended our stay for one more nite! Almost all the homes in the area had more or less the same kind of space, of course the ambience n decor inside totally varied!
First time ever in a holiday caravan. Well kept caravans. The club house is fresh with a bar for the adults and amusements for the kids.On a bad point the swimming pool is not open long enough and has schools during the day until 1pm. Then the flumes until close at 5pm. Also you have to book your hours for swimming if caravan site over crowded. It should be open till 8pm.The shop should be open from 8am not 9am and should not close till 6pm as no other shops locally.Staff are amazing friendly and talkative with kids club in the early evening. Special shout out for Ian the chef.....Bingo is at 8pm most nights and worth a punt.I will be going again...so should you......
